Pesto Crostini *1 loaf of Baguette bread sliced 1/2" thick. *Toast on a cookie sheet at 350 for 10 minutes (This can be done ahead of time -- I do this the prior day and keep in a Ziploc.) *Take slices of bread and spread with whipped cream cheese. *Top with a dash of Pesto (I buy it in a jar.) *Sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
